Arrival: Tuesday, April 7th

Each day, we’ll gather for chef-made breakfasts, move between the jungle and the sea, and explore the natural beauty of Tulum, Mexico—with time to rest, swim, and wander at your own pace. We’ll enliven the body through Shake Rising facilitated by Sara Folsom, and restore, lengthen, and soften through yoga led by Paris Hervani.

Throughout the retreat, we’ll weave in luxurious poolside lounging, play, and sisterhood, alongside practices designed to deepen embodiment, pleasure, and presence.

This retreat is intentionally spacious—offering both guided experiences and ample downtime—so you can integrate what’s moving, nourish your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, meaningful way.
