"Shaking into Sovereignty" is a transformative program designed to help you access and embrace your inner sovereignty, so you can live life on your own terms, free of the influence from subconscious beliefs shaped by society, culture, and family, and free of the imprint from past experiences. In this 9-week journey, we focus on one energetic center at a time to identify and illuminate blocks — whether they be past traumas or ingrained beliefs — that hinder sovereignty.
